Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop plans to address those needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
