  • Handle incoming calls and messages according to established guidelines, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Update client information in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Input data into Financial Planning software, utilizing technical skills to drive results.
Requirements:
  • Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities, with a focus on prioritization and task completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting, with a focus on financial services.
  • High School Diploma or Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a focus on business or finance.
  • Knowledge of financial services is highly advantageous, with a focus on industry trends and best practices.
