Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse to join our NICU team. As a Seasonal RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients, while also having the chance to increase your knowledge base and advance your career.
About the RoleThis is a 13-week seasonal assignment, with the possibility of converting to a regular FT, PT, or PRN role after the contract is completed. As a Seasonal RN, you will be responsible for managing patient care, evaluating patient needs, and developing and implementing care plans. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of team members who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Requirements- At least two years of RN experience in the NICU, with a level III or higher designation
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- License/Certification: RN- Registered Nurse, BLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire), NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire)
As a Seasonal RN at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $51, with opportunities for shift differentials. You will also be eligible for a $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time. Additionally, you will have access to training and advancement opportunities, as well as a supportive team environment.
