Foreman - Structure Lead

Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman to join our team at our Marinette, Wisconsin location.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead a crew of skilled trade personnel in an area of the manufacturing organization with responsibility for fabrication and/or assembly of product for the construction of ships.
- Safety and Security: Oversee safety and security procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Organizational Policies and Goals: Implement organizational policies and goals, measuring performance to budget and supporting management in budget analysis and adherence.
- Production Control: Assist in production control projects, manage work packs in accordance with production control plans, and plan overtime and schedules resources as required.
- Union Contract Requirements: Understand and work within the union contract requirements, ensuring compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Two (2) years of trade experience, with experience in a manufacturing or shipbuilding environment
- Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, ability to read blueprints, experience with computer systems such as EVMS, Baan, or Time and Attendance systems, and strong Microsoft Office Suites computer skills
