Position Overview:

The Member Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the precise enrollment of individuals into our esteemed healthcare partners' member enrollment systems for intricate accounts.

This position necessitates collaboration with a variety of internal and external parties to guarantee efficient and accurate enrollment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process enrollments for subscribers and their dependents across all service lines through various channels including fax, U.S. mail, and/or e-mail for complex accounts.
2. Confirm enrollment statuses, update membership records, address discrepancies in the enrollment system, and manage membership terminations.
3. Conduct monthly reconciliation activities and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
4. Collaborate with the Account Installation Team regarding the member identification card process and liaise with billing technicians for group enrollments.
5. Provide initial training for new team members and refresh training for existing staff.

Educational Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
