About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Kwest Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the work of multiple crews, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain company equipment and vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in earthwork, mass excavation, and underground utilities.
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License.
  • Valid CDL is preferred.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Extensive knowledge of GPS, ATS, UTS, and Machine Control Systems Earthwork Systems.
  • Working knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work out of town, sometimes out of state, and for lengths of time, as required.
