Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a key member of our operating room staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of sterile and unsterile supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper care and maintenance.
  • Transport patients and assist with transferring them from stretcher to table and vice versa, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Report any unusual occurrences to the Operating Room Director or designee, and contribute to the efficient and productive operations of the Operating Room.
  • May be required to work at either campus or alternate sites, and may have partial access to medications due to job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology.
  • Licensure: Certified CST.
  • Certification: BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of scrub experience preferred.
