About the RoleWe are looking for highly motivated and skilled LPNs to provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
Schedule and PayOur Full-Time positions offer 30 hours or more per week, with competitive pay rates ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Part-Time positions offer up to 29 hours per week at a rate of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. We also offer a sign-on bonus for new hires, paid weekly.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Active LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
