We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Verify inpatient prescriber orders and dispense medications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide drug information and clinical patient review to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Supervise technicians and interns, and provide in-service training to medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff.
- Participate in codes and Level I traumas, providing necessary pharmaceutical care.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy, preferred.
- Registered Pharmacist - Ohio Board of Pharmacy or must be eligible for the Ohio Registered Pharmacy examination with successful completion of requirements and license obtained within 45 days of the hire date.
