Pharmacist - Inpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Clinical Pharmacist at Select Medical's Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team and help us deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical services to patients, including dispensing medications, preparing IV admixtures, and conducting antibiotic stewardship activities.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
- Participate in clinical activities, such as attending team conferences, conducting medication management teaching, and mentoring pharmacy students.
- Stay up-to-date on developments and trends in pharmacy practice and serve as a resource to other departments.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Pharmacist required.
- One or more years of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
