Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Opportunity

Stats Access, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team in Ithaca, New York.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform imaging procedures, including administration of radioisotopes, with precision and care.
  • Maintain and calibrate radioisotope and laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Follow state regulations and maintain department QA procedures and documentation.
  • Assist with training and educating new staff members and students as required.
  • Maintain credentials and CE credits essential to the position.
Requirements:
  • NMTCB or ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine.
  • NYS Dept of Health License.
  • NMTCB; plus CT certification or ARRT; NM plus CT or DX certification.
  • Education: Associates degree in Nuclear Medicine or graduation from accredited Nuclear Medicine certificate program.
  • Experience: Experience a plus, but new grads welcome.
  • Licensure: NYS NM, DX or CT.
