Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Northside Imports. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes, including calculating payable hours, commissions, tax withholdings, and deductions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Oversee employee onboarding process
  • Manage and review electronic timekeeping systems
  • Prepare and issue earnings statements
  • Issue paychecks and manage direct deposits

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Payroll and Human Resources Department
  • Proficiency in Payroll Software (ADP payroll platform preferred)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
