Job Summary:

Wynne Ford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Hampton, Virginia. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of new and used vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customers' needs and preferences to help them find the perfect vehicle
  • Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles
  • Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, accurately and fairly
  • Complete paperwork and obtain necessary signatures for vehicle sales
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing ones
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Continuously update knowledge of automotive industry and products
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to improve sales and customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
