About the Role

Molex is seeking a seasoned professional to drive global business development activities, focusing on aggressively expanding our RF/microwave portfolio into new and strategic adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Global Strategic Business Plans
    • Target preferred markets, industries, and customers to expand our product offering and introduce new products and capabilities.
    • Leverage market research to develop a point of view on product line trends, technologies, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Establish and Convert a Profitable Pipeline of New Customers
    • Proactively seek and implement methods of lead generation, promotional activities, and engagements that lead to sustainable commercialization.
    • Establish strategies for new products and services to extend and grow the life of our RF product lines.
  • Promote Molex RF as a Brand Ambassador
    • Drive new market presence and lead the product lifecycle process from concept to launch.
    • Work closely with engineering and supporting partners to win and meet launch commitments.
  • Develop and Leverage Trusted Relationships
    • Identify potential acquisition targets and work with Business Unit and Division leaders and Corporate Development teams to support acquisition execution and related integration activities.
