YOUR ROLE:

As a Customer Service / Warehouse Associate at Total Tool Supply, Inc., you will be pivotal in our sales and warehouse operations. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients, whether in person or via phone.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and nurturing outstanding relationships with customers, particularly in the electrical, mechanical, and construction sectors.
  • Providing knowledgeable support to each customer.
  • Processing customer quotes and orders efficiently.
  • Conducting inventory management and cycle counting tasks.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading of trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling.
  • Performing shipping and receiving duties as required.
  • Delivering and collecting products from customers and vendors while representing Total Tool professionally.
  • Safely operating company vehicles as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

If you possess strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude, we will equip you with the necessary industry and product knowledge.

  • Hardworking, humble, and eager to learn.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in customer service; warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • A genuine desire to advance your career with a leading company.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
  • Must be over 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT health card.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
