We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products through testing, measurement analysis, and process monitoring.
### Key Responsibilities
* Inspect RF Microwave components to ensure compliance with MIL-STD-883 standards
* Conduct inspections on materials and products to identify defects and areas for improvement
* Use precision tools for measurements to ensure accuracy and reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements
### Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in RF Microwave quality control
* Knowledge of QC standards and inspection techniques
* Proficiency with precision measurement tools
* Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
### Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with die, wire bonds, and hybrid assemblies (MIL-STD-883)
