Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement nursing strategies
- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of patient care services and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement and operationalize current nursing strategies
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and supply management
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in a leadership role or as a Charge Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
