Construction Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at RealAmerica Companies. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and train construction staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • OSHA Trained (Certification preferred but not required).
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Experience in multifamily construction (Preferred but not required).
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with employees, managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ability to complete tasks in weather permitting conditions.
  • Experience in Procore and Microsoft Products.
