Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Step With Purpose, LLC. As a Teacher and Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young minds.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning standards.
  • Lead by example, modeling excellent teaching practices and promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with children in a licensed child development facility.
  • Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
