New Hire Solutions is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in Cairo, Georgia. As a key member of our fencing crew, you will be responsible for installing new fences, removing old ones, and digging holes with precision and quality.
Responsibilities:- Assist with construction of decks, ensuring high-quality results
- Perform carpentry work to meet project specifications and standards
- Complete additional duties as needed to support the fencing team
- Previous experience in construction or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to operate saws and basic hand tools
- Comfortable working in hot or cold outdoor conditions
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Lift and move up to 80 pounds regularly
- Stand, bend, reach, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- Wear personal protective equipment, including a safety vest, safety glasses, and hard hat
- Be available to work overtime as needed
- Demonstrate reliability and organization
The estimated salary for this role is $14.00 per hour. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working outdoors, we encourage you to apply.
