Fencing Technician

New Hire Solutions is currently seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team in Cairo, Georgia. As a key member of our fencing crew, you will be responsible for installing new fences, removing old ones, and digging holes with attention to detail and quality.

• Participate in fence installation and removal projects
• Contribute to deck construction and carpentry tasks to meet project specifications
• Support the fencing team by completing additional duties as needed

• Previous experience in construction or a related field (desired)
• Operational knowledge of saws and basic hand tools
• Ability to adapt to various weather conditions
• Strong customer service skills and attitude
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 80 pounds regularly
• Stand, bend, reach, kneel, and walk for extended periods
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including a safety vest, safety glasses, and hard hat
• Be available to work overtime as needed
• Exhibit reliability and organization
