Welding and Fabrication:
Execute welding tasks utilizing methods such as MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and Flux Core (FCAW) to connect metal components, ensuring high-quality welds that adhere to project specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain the layout of the welds and materials required for the task.
Metal Preparation:
Cut, shape, and prepare steel or other metals using tools like torches, grinders, and saws, ensuring accurate measurements and cuts.
Structural Assembly:
Assemble and fit metal parts together according to plans, ensuring all connections and joints are secure and properly aligned.
Quality Control:
Examine welds and structures for defects, cracks, or weaknesses, and perform repairs or modifications as necessary to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Safety Protocols:
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Team Collaboration:
