Child Care Aide I

At LifeQuest, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Aide I to join our team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, being alert to their needs and concerns.
  • Implement policies to ensure children's personal needs are met in a positive manner, including feeding, napping, and toileting.
  • Attend staff meetings and center events as required.
  • Commit to implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) in daily classroom routines.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to complete a minimum of twelve (12) annual training hours upon hire.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have intention to enroll in the Child Development Associate (CDA) or Early Childhood Education (ECE) program within one year of hire and have 0-1 years documented experience in a childcare environment.
