Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our transportation fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure FMCSA compliance with regards to fleet equipment, including files, inspections, markings, and training.
  • Provide corrective coaching and support to centers based on accidents, incidents, compliance lapses, LYTX reviews, or ELD compliance, and assist with root cause analysis determinations and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and/or conduct investigations for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) accidents and related workers' comp injuries.
  • Monitor and ensure proper determination and reporting for transportation accidents and injuries, both internally and externally to regulatory agencies.
  • Verify the accuracy and follow-up of inspections performed by the logistics group to ensure transportation associates are adhering to company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Transportation compliance experience and knowledge of FMCSA driver qualification standards and regulations.
  • DOT, FMCSR, FMCSA, or OSHA certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Power BI experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Insight Global offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
