About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Hilltown Community Health Center. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and promoting whole health in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Verify patient information, escort patients to and from the waiting room, and prepare them for their visit with the dentist.
  • Use strong time management and organizational skills to ensure the exam space is clean and ready for patients, equipment is sterilized and organized, and supplies are stocked and available.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • MA Dental Assisting License, Radiology certification, or course that meets MA requirements.
  • Experience using computer-based systems to input data.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA and HCHC policy.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required for this position.
