Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to residents, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized service plans, ensuring residents receive the necessary support to achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care, including medical, therapeutic, and educational services.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to service plans.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with psychiatric conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education) preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with psychiatric conditions, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
