Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with brain injury or behavioral challenges in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to residents with daily living skills, including personal care and medication management.
  • Assist residents with behavioral challenges through positive reinforcement and redirection techniques.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document resident progress and participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with brain injury or behavioral challenges.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight shifts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $15.50.
  • Sign-on bonus of $5,000, paid in two installments of $2,500 each.
