Position Overview

Facilities Operations Supervisor at Compass Health Network is responsible for the continuous maintenance, management, renovations, repairs, and facility requirements of the designated region.
This role entails supervising the maintenance operations of specific facilities' physical infrastructure, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and hygienic environment that complies with all regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
This position will involve overseeing maintenance and housekeeping personnel within the assigned region. This is a full-time role, eligible for benefits, operating Monday through Friday.
- Manage the work order system for the designated region.
- Delegate work orders to the appropriate staff or contractors.
- Execute construction projects, renovations, safety protocols, and emergency management as required.
- Prepare reports for weekly updates with supervisors and regional leadership.
- Participate in regular departmental and committee meetings as assigned.
- Oversee daily operations and tasks of assigned staff.
- Conduct performance development processes.
- Manage timecards, including approving time-off requests and timesheets.
- Provide regular training to in-house staff on department-related topics.
- Communicate effectively with Directors and Regional Leadership.
- Conduct inspections across all locations within the assigned regions.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and tasks of your team, ensuring that progress is made towards departmental strategic goals.

- Manage timecards and ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure progress towards departmental strategic objectives.
Working Conditions & Exposure Risks
This position may involve regular exposure to electrical hazards and the operation of vehicles or machinery.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is required.
- At least five years of experience in construction, safety, or management is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and minimum automobile coverage are required at the time of hire.
- Knowledge of reading floor plans, building codes, and safety regulations is essential.
- General knowledge of buildings, construction, remodeling, and project management is necessary.
- Ability to multitask across various projects and environments while working independently.
- Regular travel within the assigned region is expected.
- Proficiency with general office software and mobile devices is required.
