About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Director to join our team at the St. Louis Area Foodbank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting and reporting activities that support the advancement of our mission.

This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer to ensure that financial processes are efficient and effective.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and present accurate and timely financial information.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, a generous PTO plan, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.
