About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless communication between patients, providers, and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Greet and register patients in a pleasant and helpful manner
  • Verify necessary information and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure that patient appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
  • Answer telephone calls, screen messages, and respond to questions in a professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
