As a Prepared Food Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be an Expert: Prepare food according to specifications, understand and plan future productions, and adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, utilizing digital tools, managing high exposure and expectations, and ensuring quality and date control standards.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Be an advocate for the department and the club, valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is required.
  • Food Safety Certification: A Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
