Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team as a new graduate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing projects, collaborating with senior engineers, and adapting to new software systems. If you are eager to learn and contribute to impactful energy projects, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Design projects using codes and standards
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for field data collection
  • Adapt to new software systems
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
  • Graduated or graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree from an ABET-accredited school in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Preferred graduation date between April 2025 and June 2025
  • Available to start between May 2024 and July 2025
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
  • Must be able to effectively navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns
  • Must be able to work outside
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings
