Findlay Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and verify payroll data, including hours worked, sales volume, bonuses, and commissions.
- Update master payroll records to reflect changes in net wages, tax exemptions, insurance coverage, and compensation increases.
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely paychecks.
- Manage leave pay and nontaxable wages, and prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
- Process employee insurance forms and payments, and reconcile monthly insurance payments versus billing.
- Audit pay plans, job descriptions, I-9s, and other relevant documents.
- Minimum 1 year payroll experience.
- Dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clean and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug screening.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn company software.
