Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing and assembly departments by ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Physically and systematically move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping/receiving areas.
  • Generate work orders from our ERP system to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory.
  • Perform work order receipts in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct cycle counting as required to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination and flow of product through manufacturing and assembly when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Handle chemicals with proper training provided in designated areas.
  • Support all company initiatives and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations.
Requirements:
  • No minimum experience required, but a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to physically move materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Ability to handle chemicals with proper training provided in designated areas.
  • Ability to work overtime as required for business needs.
