We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support young learners with communication needs in a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities- RTI Support: Implement response to intervention strategies to support students' communication skills
- Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
- IEPs: Develop and implement individualized education plans to support students' communication goals
- Childfind: Identify and support students who may require special education services
- A valid Washington, DC SLP license
- Experience working with 3- to 4-year-olds preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
