About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that resident work orders and make-readies are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Implement preventive maintenance procedures
  • Identify and communicate deferred maintenance to the Property Manager
  • Be on call in a team rotation
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the multifamily industry
  • Extensive HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skill set
  • A valid U.S. driver's license
  • HVAC certification (Type II or EPA Universal CPO certification preferred)
