Senior Accounting Executive

This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for executing month-end close, overseeing accounting functions, and ensuring accurate financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including account reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end close process to guarantee accurate data and present results to management.
- Analyze current processes to recommend improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Manage the Cash and Treasury function, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and relationships with banks.
- Maintain and improve internal controls, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sharing financial results with non-finance teams.
- Collaborate with the FP&A group on budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Public accounting background is beneficial.
- A minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting software.
- Experience with large ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
