Position Overview: As a Strategic Sales Consultant at Bath Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating, developing, and executing all facets of the Commercial Account Management process. This field-oriented role involves traveling to various locations within your designated territory to negotiate Commercial Account agreements while ensuring exceptional standards of customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Establish and nurture relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Market Expansion: Research and solicit prospective accounts, facilitating business development activities to penetrate new markets.
- Relationship Management: Oversee corporate customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure accountability for business outcomes and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a top performer in Solution Sales, Business Relations, and Customer Relations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Commercial Sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience delivering polished business presentations to C-level prospects and clients.
- Education: A college degree in a business-related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as necessary, with a valid passport.
Skills: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
