About Subaru Stamford

We are a busy Subaru dealership seeking a self-motivated and process-driven individual to enhance our service team. As an Automotive Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for owning our customers' experience from the initial greeting to explaining the repair process.

The ideal candidate will have automotive service advisor and client relations experience. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. Your role will involve meeting with customers to determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues, increasing customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, and maintaining company standards for ethical business practices and professional image.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their vehicle's needs and provide solutions
  • Blding strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring customer expectations are met
  • Monitor progress of vehicle repairs and update customers frequently
  • Oversee technicians to ensure efficient time management and quality work
