Alsum Farms & Produce, Inc. is a leading grower, packer, and shipper of potatoes and onions in Friesland, WI.

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fleet maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our trucking operations.

In this role, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on our trailer fleet, with a focus on brake systems, suspension, and electrical systems. You will also install and test products, equipment, and machinery, and provide instructions to drivers on proper usage.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of trailer systems and a solid understanding of diagnostic tools. Experience as a diesel mechanic or in a related field is preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification in the industry is a plus. You must have a complete set of tools, although specialized tools are owned by Alsum Transport.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

This is a regular full-time position, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. You will be based in Friesland, WI.
