Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist - Medical/Surgical Float

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

The Clinical Support Specialist - Medical/Surgical Float is responsible for providing high-quality patient care as a member of our interdisciplinary team. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to designated patients, while working collaboratively with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact is mandatory.
  • AHA BLS certification is also required prior to the end of the orientation period.
