We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Norfolk Dental Care. As a vital part of our dental care services, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch dental hygiene services to our patients, working closely with our experienced dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental exams and provide personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, understanding their concerns and delivering tailored advice on oral health maintenance and prevention.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure comprehensive care, including X-rays, cleanings, and preventative treatments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- A current dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive annual salary of $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
