Job Title: Network Security Engineer

Job Summary:

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT security team, you will be responsible for analyzing and defining IT systems security requirements, implementing solutions, and coordinating inter-agency efforts in the areas of network, security, and inter-operability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying business process engineering concepts and methods to lead/conduct studies and design/implement solutions to maintain and enhance the security of OCFO information systems and networks.
  • Developing policies and procedures to ensure reliability, accessibility, and prevent unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.
  • Conducting risks and vulnerability assessments, and conducting systems security evaluations, audits, and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of progressive experience performing related duties and responsibilities, including conducting end-to-end cyber security monitoring to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Security+, CEH certification is preferred.
