Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, managing staff and customer relations through the execution of performance improvement strategies.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a collision repair facility is required. Experience in production management and estimating is essential.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • I-CAR certification and familiarity with management systems like CCC are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and delegation skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
