Nuclear Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our dynamic team at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic studies, under the supervision of a qualified physician.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and operate imaging equipment to ensure patient safety and optimal image quality.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

- Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program resulting in an associate's degree or bachelor's degree.
- Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) (N) certification.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
$44.40 - $66.86 /hour
