Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Opportunity

SmartStart Pre-School Inc is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our Education Center team. Our school and treatment center provides a fully inclusive environment for children aged 18 months to 5th grade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual services for children aged 18 months to 3 years old, as well as group and individual sessions for children aged 3-10.
  • Manage caseloads with a focus on children who have already been assessed, minimizing paperwork and reports.
  • Work a flexible schedule, spanning 3-4 days per week with treatment hours between 8am-3pm.
  • Participate in a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental benefits, and a 401K retirement plan.
Requirements:
  • Licensed SLPA in California.
  • Experience working with children aged 18 months and above.
  • Prior school-based experience is highly preferred.
