Job Summary

This is a dynamic role at CAVA – Support Center, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the benefits landscape for our Team Members. As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for administering employee benefit plans and wellbeing programs, ensuring seamless enrollment, benefits orientations, training, and communications. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve benefits programs to enhance employee experience and retention
  • Administer employee benefit plans and wellbeing programs, ensuring timely enrollment, benefits orientations, training, and communications
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve benefit-related inquiries and issues
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and leave policies
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of human resources experience, benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software systems, including UKG
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong grasp of the industry and knowledge of legal guidelines
