Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Specialist to join our team and provide critical mental health services to support the US Department of Veterans Affairs Critical Staffing Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality mental health services, including patient assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Three (3) years experience as a mental health nurse or equivalent specialty.
- Current registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e. Puerto Rico) of the U.S. or in the District of Columbia.
- NCLEX-RN certification.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
