To excel in this position, you should be observant, accommodating, and possess a friendly demeanor.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist Guests by offering comprehensive descriptions of menu selections and their placement on the Buffet.
  • Ensure product availability and communicate effectively with team members in the kitchen when necessary.
  • Provide support to Guests and assist them at the buffets as needed.
  • Maintain a consistently friendly and polite attitude towards Guests.
Standards of Cleanliness:
  • Organize and sanitize bar areas to create an impression of a pristine dining environment.
  • Oversee restroom cleanliness by tidying, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Regularly dispose of visible waste and clean the floor areas surrounding the Buffet.
  • Follow the assigned duty roster and comply with local health department guidelines.
Additional Expectations:
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the Supervisor.
  • Monitor the quality of food on the Buffet and promptly address any concerns.
  • Adhere to local health department regulations.
