**Qualifications:**

  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or demonstrate a willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or a commitment to acquire them.
  • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 40 pounds and working in various environments.
  • Able to engage in physical activities with children and maintain visual and auditory contact for their safety.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their families.
